When it comes to working out, I always hear the same old excuse: “I don’t have the time.”
But the truth is that we do have the time—it’s just a matter of prioritizing that time. I get it though, it is hard sometimes to make it to the gym being a new mom can make that little trip even more difficult.
What so many people don’t realize though, is that you don’t need a gym to get fit!
There are so many workout programs that you can do directly from the comfort of your own living room.
At first, I was a little hesitant to go all-in with streaming workouts, but after all, a good workout is a good workout no matter how you’re getting it!

Beachbody On Demand (BOD), allows you to stream the entire library of Beachbody workouts anywhere you are! Whether you’re at home in front of your TV or on vacation with your laptop or smartphone in your hotel room.
It honestly reminds me of Netflix, but with all the fitness programs you’ve ever dream of trying!

My Experience With Beachbody On Demand & BODi
I’ve been using Beachbody On Demand exclusively to workout for years now and I’ve never been bored! With so many different workouts to follow along with plus daily live workouts has never been a day when I felt tired of what I was doing!
It’s so easy to use and easy to stay on track! Like I said, I was hesitant to make the switch, but Beachbody on Demand made it super simple to find the right workout and keep on track throughout the entire program!
It gives me zero excuses to skip a workout! Vacation? No problem. Don’t have access to a DVD player? Again, no problem! Don’t have exercise equipment with me? I’ll just find a different workout that doesn’t require any!
And it’s actually fun. The variety that Beachbody On Demand & BODi makes working out seriously fun! If I feel like getting a good hard workout, I could turn on a program like 9 Week Control Freak or tune into a life HIIT class. If I needed something more upbeat and fun there are dance programs like Let’s Get Up. Or if I want to relax I have 3 Week Yoga Retreat or live yoga classes!
It is practical for any fitness level. Because there are so many options to choose from there’s something for everyone!
And the most important: my kids are watching me every day at home and it sets a positive example for them!
