When it comes to working out, I always hear the same old excuse: “I don’t have the time.”
But the truth is that we do have the time—it’s just a matter of prioritizing that time. I get it though, it is hard sometimes to make it to the gym being a new mom can make that little trip even more difficult.

Beachbody On Demand, or BOD, allows you to stream all of Beachbody’s workouts straight from your computer! Not to mention, you can also stream it from your tablet, iPhone, or laptop while you are on-the-go or vacationing.
It honestly reminds me of Netflix, but with all the fitness programs you’ve ever dream of trying!

My Final Thoughts on Beachbody On Demand
I never got bored! With so many different workouts to follow along with there was never a day when I felt bored of doing the same thing.
It was easy to use, easy to stay on track. Like I said, I was hesitant to make the switch to digital, but Beachbody on Demand made it super simple to find the right workout and keep on track.
It gave me zero excuses to skip a workout! Vacation? No problem. Don’t have access to a DVD player? Again, no problem!
It was fun. The variety that Beachbody On Demand allows makes working out fun! If I felt like getting a good hard workout, I could turn on a program like Insanity. If I wanted something a little more exciting there was Country Heat. Or if I wanted to relax I had 3 Week Yoga Retreat.
It is practical for any fitness level. Because there are so many options to choose from there’s something for everyone!
And the most important: my girls are watching me wherever I go and sets the example!
