Join My Back to School, Back to YOU Challenge

It’s been long summer with having a baby a big move from Florida to North Carolina. I’ve been running around trying to make sure the girls have a great summer but its time to shift my focus to me. I’ve been tired and so desperately need to get back on a schedule and have some “me time” because we all know: when momma feels her best everyone else feels it!

Working out and eating right gives me the energy I’m going to need to get back to those school drives, lunch packing, after school activities and don’t forget the energy for baby, house, and hubby. We need to focus on us!

It’s time to stop putting your health and fitness on the back burner. With the kids going back to school, it’s finally time to get back to YOU—now is your time.

I’m looking for 10-15 challengers to join me and become a part of my 2nd exclusive accountability group and try a brand new fitness program with me! I just completed 1 round of the program alongside my husband and 16 other amazing challengers and everyone has been seeing incredible results.

Together, we will be pushing ourselves harder than ever as we work to feel more CONFIDENT in our own skin like never before. I know what can happen when you go all in and commit—sometimes it just takes an extra push and encouragement—but what’s where the magic happens!

  • 25-45 minute daily at-home workouts (6-days/week)

This program is designed for everyone, from beginner to advanced fitness levels. Plus, there’s NO EQUIPMENT needed, just a simple set of agility markers and a yoga or fitness mat for comfort.

The key now is to stop the procrastination and get started! At the end of the day, we all deserve to feel confident and that happens when we learn to carve out time to take care of ourselves—when we learn to workout and fuel our bodies right!
