Introducing, Clean Week!
Clean Week is a true introduction to everything you need to know to start your health and fitness journey. Not only will you learn the basics of working out and eating right, but in just ONE WEEK you’ll start to: lose weight, build muscle, curb junk food cravings, and feel confident that you can keep going!
Clean Week Workouts
There are 4 different workouts included with Clean Week, each focused on 4 key aspects:
- Active Flex
During the 7 days of the program, you’ll follow the workout guide and rotate through each of these.
What can you expect during each workout?
These workouts are all different, but they’re each designed at a beginner level with an “intensifier” to follow when you feel like you could do a little more!
Warm Up — Workout — Cooldown
Each day begins with a quick warm up to get your body ready. Then you’ll move into your workout! Before each new move your trainer for the week, Megan Davies, will demo each move and walk you through exactly how it’s done so there’s no confusion! And of course, you’ll finish up with a short cooldown to stretch your body and help prevent soreness.
The equipment do you need for Clean Week?
None of the workouts require any fancy expensive equipment. The only thing that you’ll need is a set of light dumbbells during the Strength workout. The size you choose really depends on your current strength. I’d recommend heading to the store and trying them out for yourself, you’ll want something that challenges you a little, but isn’t too difficult.
My suggestion: start by trying a 5lb weight and depending on how that feels, move up or down!
And unless you’re working out in a carpeted area, I highly recommend a fitness or yoga mat for extra comfort, but it’s not required.

Meal Plan and Nutrition
Clean Week comes with a program meal planner that’s customizable based on your current weight and goals. You’ll learn how to prep your meals for the entire week (and I highly recommend doing this!) and you’ll even have a variety of recipe suggestions to help you along!
The program also comes with a 7-day sampler pack of Shakeology, a daily nutritional shake that you will feel ADDICTED to by the end of the week—they’re SO delicious! Seriously, you’ll feel like you’re “cheating” on your meal plan. Plus, they’ll help stop junk food cravings (the hardest part of eating healthy) and fill in all those gaps in your nutrition without taking a bunch of vitamins.
