If you’re following me on Facebook or Instagram, you’ve probably seen me posting some AMAZING results pics from our newest program: 80 Day Obsession. So many people have already committed to trying this program with me when it releases on January 15, but I know there are others out there that still need a little more info first. So here it goes!
What is 80 Day Obsession?
Super Trainer Autumn Calabrese (creator of the 21 Day Fix), designed this program in the same way she would if you were to sign up for personal training sessions with her. This is 13 weeks of progress—80 days of NEW workouts—not the same 7 days on repeat!
80 Day Obsession is a step-by-step approach to helping you lift and shape that BOOTY and BURN FAT to reveal strong flat ABS! (Isn’t that what we all want?)
Is it difficult? YUP. But when it be worth it? YES!

What are the workouts like?
The workouts are going to be difficult, this is an advanced program. It combines both cardio and strength with a strong focus on toning up your butt legs, core, and arms! If you’re just beginning your fitness journey, this isn’t going to be your starting point, but that doesn’t mean you should avoid it all together—it just means it’s time to start prepping! (See below for workout suggestions.)
The workouts range from 30-60 minutes per day, Monday-Saturday with a rest day on Sunday.
80 Day Obsession Equipment
- Set of light, medium, and heavy weights
- Resistance loops
- Fitness or yoga mat
The weight sizes you choose will depend on your strength, but some female Coaches from the Test Group were using weights ranging from 5 lbs all the way up to 45 lbs! (Men were lifting even more!) If you need advice choosing your weight sizes, let me know and I’d be happy to help.

What is the meal plan for 80 Day Obsession?
The full details haven’t been released yet, but it’s based on the Portion Fix containers used in 21 Day Fix… but with a little twist. Something that takes nearly ALL the guesswork out of meal planning!
The meal plan is designed around timed-nutrition. Your 80 Day Obsession nutrition guide will not only tell you what portions to eat of each food group but it will tell you WHEN to eat them.
In addition, since this program is more vigorous, it’s suggested that you use the Performance Line to maximize your workouts and aid in recovery time. There’s Energize, your pre-workout drink. Hydrate, for during your workouts. And then Recover and Recharge to your muscles prepare for the next day and fight off soreness!
Who is 80 Day Obsession for?
Like I mentioned, this is not a beginner program. This is for anyone that’s ready to FULLY COMMIT to a total lifestyle change! You’ll need a base-level of fitness, but you don’t have to be totally ripped or even near your goal weight. A basic understanding of how to use the portion control containers will also come in handy.

Starting January 15th, 80 Day Obsession is going to be released day-by-day on Beachbody On Demand and I’m putting together my own test group to try this alongside me!
