The 2B Mindset program is COMPLETELY different than anything Beachbody has offered before. Why? It’s 100% nutrition-based — ZERO workouts required!
We’ve launched intro, beginner-level fitness programs (like Clean Week), programs with short workouts (like 10 Minute Trainer), and programs that took a new look at nutrition (like 21 Day Fix and the Portion Fix Containers).
But this will be Beachbody’s first weight loss program NOT centered around fitness!
Instead, 2B Mindset is all about eating habits: specifically emotional eating. This is something that I’ve definitely struggled with at times when life throws me a curveball!

How long is 2B Mindset?
Nearly all of Beachbody’s programs have an end date — 21 days long, 30 days, etc. — but because this a lifestyle and mindset change, there’s no “end-date.”
The goal of the program is to help you lose weight by changing your attitude toward food and eating, something that you can carry with you for the rest of your life! It’s not something that you STOP after you reach your weight loss goal, it’s something that will help you eat healthier and feel better every. single. day.
What makes it different from dieting?
This program is all about saying YES and being happy about eating! You’ll be able to pile your plate up with food and eat all the meals you love.
Once you start depriving yourself of certain foods like many diets tend to do, once you start saying “no, I can’t have that,” you’ll want it even more! And things will go south quickly after that.
- NO depriving yourself.
- NO “cheating” or feeling guilty about eating.
- NO calorie counting.
- NO feeling like you’re starving yourself.
Does 2B Mindset require any working out?
NO! You don’t have to follow any workout program to successfully lose weight with 2B Mindset.
While you definitely can workout, it’s simply considered “extra credit.” There’s no workout that goes along with this program and there’s no exercise requirement whatsoever!
