Finding the time to work out every. single. day. — especially with the kids off from school in the summertime — if HARD. Which is why I love LIIFT4!

This is the ultimate programs for busy mamas. 

  • It’s only 30-40 minutes/day
  • And just 4 days/week

You get weekends off (perfect for spending time with the kids), and then a rest day on Wednesday so you can sleep in, catch up on that ever-growing pile of laundry, or whatever you need a little extra time for!

What is LIIFT4 All About?

It’s a new way to workout. The workouts are only FOUR days per week, and just 30-40 minutes each! On top of that, all you need are a few sets of weights. The program combines cardio and strength training in a unique way to give you great results in less time! Sounds perfect, right?

For those of you that have been hesitant about jumping in and making a huge time commitment, this program for YOU!

Let’s talk about the details…

The Workouts

The workouts combine HIIT (high-intensity interval training) for a killer cardio workout, and weight lifting to help you build strength!

There are two phases of the program: Build & Shred.

During the Build phase, there will be a larger focus on weight lifting and building muscle — you’ll work your muscles to fatigue almost every day! I know, it sounds pretty terrible, but I promise, you’ll FEEL the difference after the first week and fall in love with it! That’s also why the Performance Line was SO important for me during this program — it helped me recover faster and build up the energy before each workout.

Then, as you enter the last two weeks you’ll begin the Shred phase where there will be more time spent on the HIIT aspect. This will help you lean out and lose even more weight!

You’ll work every part of your body:

Monday you’ll start with Chest/Triceps.
Tuesday is Back/Biceps.
Wednesday is your first Rest Day.
Thursday you’ll start up again with Shoulders.
Friday you’ll work your Legs.
Then 2 Recovery Days on the weekend.

Just because there’s only 1 leg day doesn’t mean that they won’t be working — you’ll be working your legs almost every day during the HIIT portion of the workout!

And you’ll NEVER repeat workouts because, just like 80 Day Obsession, there’s a new workout every single day of the program.

  • Weight Lifting
  • HIIT Cardio
  • Modifications for Low-Impact
  • 32 Unique Workouts

This video does a GREAT job of giving you a good idea of what you can expect from the workouts!

LIIFT4 Required Workout Equipment

Like I mentioned above, there is VERY LITTLE equipment needed for this program. All you need are a few sets of weights, the sizes will depend on your current strength! If you’re not sure what size you should be using, let me know and I can help you figure it out. 

A fitness or yoga mat is also a smart idea.

  • Required: Light/Medium/Heavy Weights
  • Recommended: Fitness or Yoga Mat and Foam Roller

Meal Plan

Like most of Beachbody’s recent programs, the meal plan is based around the Portion Fix containers. And it doesn’t make you cut anything from your diet — you get carbs, you get fat, you get everything!

Plus, EACH WEEK you’re allowed a “cheat!”

The cheat day is totally optional. If you’re doing good sticking with the meal plan, skip it, but it’s nice to know that it’s there when you need it! Have that donut, slice of pizza, or wine you’ve been craving! 

And YES, you can have alcohol on your cheat day!

Check Out Our LIIFT4 RESULTS

My husband and I actually BOTH completed this program together. We loved that it fit into our busy life with three kids! It’s was what kept us on track during summer and would really be perfect during any season when life is happening and you’re just busy (holidays?!). We liked that the workouts were shorter, meal plan was spelled out and simple. We also loved that there was a cheat day in there bc we love to eat. Ha! 

The entire Accountability Group I hosted ROCKED IT, which really kept us on our A-game!
