How do you create a lasting change toward a healthier lifestyle? How do you break bad habits and create new ones? The best way I’ve learned is by simply committing to making a change — committing to a fitness and nutrition plan — and sticking with it until your mindset changes, until the switch in your mind flips, and eating right and working out no longer feels like a chore!
How long does that take? Well, that can vary for everyone, but I’m confident that 100 days will definitely do the trick!
And that’s why I’m excited to introduce you to Morning Meltdown 100.
What is Morning Meltdown 100?
Morning Meltdown 100 is Jericho McMatthews’ first solo program — you may know her from Core de Force with Joel Freeman. It combines a variety of workout styles to keep you on your toes, never feeling bored, and constantly making progress toward a healthier life.
At the start of the program, you’ll make a commitment to yourself: 100 days of working on YOU.
My 2 favorite things about Morning Meltdown 100:

- Each workout is only 20-30 minutes
Yup, every day, every video, will be brand new and they are ALL 30 minutes or less!
These short workouts are designed to be done in the morning before you get your day started (hence the name Morning Meltdown 100) to help give you more energy and prepare for the day ahead. BUT, if you can’t squeeze in a morning workout, that’s totally fine, you can definitely follow the program no matter what time of day you choose to do it!
This fitness plan is designed for an Intermediate Level, but each workout has a modifier you can follow along with. If you’re not familiar with modifiers, this means that there are individuals in the cast that will show you how to take the exercise down a notch — lowering the intensity to help you keep up when you need it!

The plan is designed to keep your body progressing through the entire 100 days — no plateaus, no feeling like you’re “stuck.”
Morning Meltdown 100 Equipment
Another thing I love about this program is that it doesn’t require tons of equipment.
- Required: Dumbbells (light/medium/heavy)
- Recommended: Yoga/Fitness Mat

During Morning Meltdown 100, you have the option to choose from 3 different meal plans:
The meal plan you choose is 100% up to you, I have customers that have used 2B Mindset to completely change their relationship with food while following an extremely flexible meal plan. I have worked with others who love the additional guidance that the Ultimate Portion Fix provides.
And then, of course, there are guidelines and recipes that come with Morning Meltdown 100 that you can use as well!
