This is a first… The first time we’ve launched a program that’s NOT for everybody. The first program that asks you to take a Fit Test to make sure you’re ready. And the first program by our brand new trainer, Amolia Cesar. What is it? It’s called 6 Weeks of THE WORK!

Alright, so since the video doesn’t give much away, let’s talk about what we know about the program!
What is 6 Weeks of THE WORK?
Like I mentioned above, this program isn’t going to be for everyone (at least, not at first). Here’s what I mean: it’s an ADVANCED level workout designed for people who have been on their fitness journey for a while and are looking for a way to level up and push their limits. So, while it’s not a beginning program, it’s definitely something that everyone can aim to work up to!
Not sure whether you’re in shape enough for it?
There’s a special Fit Test that you can take before starting 6 Weeks of The Work! If you don’t pass the Fit Test the first time around, come back to it and try again after completing another program — you’ll get there eventually, I know you will!
But, I want to ask one thing of you: don’t be afraid to try and don’t be afraid of failure. You’re stronger than you think!
The workouts in 6 Weeks of The Work are designed to not only help you build muscle, burn fat, and look great, but they’ll help you in your everyday life!
“Some people just have ‘show muscles,’” Amoila says. “They look good, but they can’t move well. With this program, you’re going to have both. You’ll be able to sprint down the yard to chase your dog or your daughter. You’ll be able to carry all the groceries inside without making multiple trips….”
Here’s a little bit of what you can expect to see:
- Functional fitness
- Compound lifts
- Time-under tension
- Agility moves
- Core fitness
- Cardio & plyometrics
- Mobility exercises
The 36 unique workouts will keep you progressing every day and will continuously push your limits. So, be prepared with that Energize and Recover!!
This program won’t take up your whole day! No, the workouts aren’t the shortest we’ve had from Beachbody, but they’re under an hour with is totally achievable, even for busy moms like me!
- 45 minutes each day
- 6 days/week
- 6 weeks (if you couldn’t tell by the name, lol!)
6 Weeks of The Work Equipment
If you’ve completed 80 Day Obsession you probably already have most of the equipment for this program because you will need:
- Required: light, medium, & heavy weights, resistance loops, strength slides
- Recommended: Fitness or yoga mat for comfort
- Optional: Chin-up bar
If you don’t have everything, no worries, there are equipment bundles and Challenge Packs with equipment included so you can save on everything you need!!
The Meal Plan
For the nutrition plan for 6 Weeks of The Work, you have the option to follow Ultimate Portion Fix, 2B Mindset, or the Beachbody Nutrition Guide which comes with your program materials! You choose which works best for you — and if you’re not certain, I’m always here to help you figure it out!
The Trainer, Amolia Cesar
Amolia is new to Beachbody, but definitely not new in the world of fitness! In fact, he’s a well-known professional athlete and celebrity trainer! Plus, he’s basically certified in EVERYTHING…
- NASM Certified Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine)
- NCCPT Weight Management Specialist Certified (National Council for Certified Personal Trainers)
- NCCPT Certified Personal Trainer
- ACE Sports Performance & Fitness Nutrition Specialist (American Council on Exercise)
On top of that, he has his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from the University of Central Florida and Minor in Psychology. He says his psych minor has been a major asset allowing him to better motivated and push his clients to keep going!
